2012年6月14日（木）、金融庁にて、企業会計審議会総会・企画調整部会合同会議が開催され、IFRSに関する説明と意見が述べられました。
今回は、議論が未了であった主要検討項目（「任意適用の検証」および「規制環境、契約環境等への影響」）とともに、「国際会計基準（IFRS）への対応のあり方についてのこれまでの議論（中間的論点整理）（案）」についての説明がなされ、意見が述べられました。今回も、前回と同様に決定事項はありませんでした。
「国際会計基準（IFRS）への対応のあり方についてのこれまでの議論（中間的論点整理）（案）」については、引き続きメール等で委員からの意見を受け付け、今後の進め方等については会長等の判断により決定される旨が述べられました。
