ASBJでは、IASB意見募集「アジェンダ・コンサルテーション2011年」に対するコメントの中で、我が国の市場関係者の関心の高い個別項目の検討をIASBに要望しています。
2012年10月4日開催の第252回企業会計基準委員会において、これらの個別項目について、ASBJ内部にリサーチ・プロジェクトを立ち上げ、IASBに要望した項目の実現を図っていくための、調査研究を開始しています。今後、IASBとの定期協議や、その他の国際会議等の機会を捉えて、意見発信を行っていくことを示しました。
具体的なリサーチ・プロジェクトは以下のとおりです。
  • 概念フレームワークに関連する事項（OCI/純利益、公正価値測定の範囲）
  • 開発費の資産計上
  • のれんの非償却
  • 開示フレームワーク
