2013年2月19日、IFRS財団の評議員会は、IFRS財団の定款の改訂版を公表しました。 本定款の改訂は、2012年7月に公表されましたドラフトレビューの確定版となります。 2012年２月に公表されましたモニタリング・ボードのガバナンス・レビューに沿った改訂となっており、 IASB議長とIFRS財団CEOの役割が分離されます。 この分離はすでに適用されており、IFRS財団CEOの役割は、 2012年第１四半期からエグゼクティブ・ディレクターのYeal Among氏が担っております。
