4月16日付で、国際統合報告委員会（IIRC）が国際統合報告フレームワークの協議文書（Consultation draft of the international <IR> Framework）を公表しました。 統合報告フレームワーク（<IR> Framework）とは、組織が長期にわたりどのように価値を創造するかについて簡潔に伝達する新しい報告のモデルです。 IIRCは、コンサルテーションの協議期間を設置し、2013年7月15日までの3カ月間コメ ントを募集しています。
フレームワーク案は以下のような構成になっています。
・Overview（概観）
・Fundamental concepts（基本概念）
・Guiding Principles（指針となる原則）
・Content Elements（内容要素）
・Preparation and presentation（作成とプレゼンテーション） 基本概念として挙げられているのは、資本、ビジネスモデル、価値創造です。
