IFRS財団評議員会は、2013年5月9日に、IFRS解釈指針委員会（IFRS-IC）の選任および再任を公表しました。
Tony de Bell氏、Reinhard Dotzlaw氏およびMartin Schloemer氏は、3年間の任期で、一度のみ再任可能です。De Bell氏はPwC UKのGlobal Accounting Consulting Services Leadership Teamのメンバー、Dotzlaw氏はKPMGのGlobal IFRS Panelメンバーです。Schloemer氏はBayer AG社のHead of Accounting Principles and Policiesを務める人物です。2013年6月から任期開始となります。
