IFRS財団の評議員会は、2014年11月28日、日本人の石原秀威氏を含む、15名のIFRS諮問会議の新メンバーを指名しました。
IFRS諮問会議は評議員会およびIASBの公式な諮問機関であり、IFRS財団に対して戦略的方向性、技術的ワークプランおよび優先事項についての助言を与えます。IFRS財団との会議は年3回実施されます。
同諮問会議は、投資家、財務アナリスト、その他の財務諸表利用者、財務諸表作成者、学術関係者、監査人、規制当局、会計士団体、基準設定団体などの幅広いグループからの代表者によって構成されています。
新メンバーの任期は2015年1月1日からとなります。
