New SEC Commissioner sworn in

On July 18, Jaime Lizárraga was sworn into office as an SEC Commissioner, replacing Allison Herren Lee who announced in March her intention not to seek a second term. Commissioner Lizárraga has more than 30 years experience in public service, most recently serving as Senior Advisor to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Commissioner Lizárraga’s term will expire in 2027.
