The FRC's Supervision Committee may make a press announcement in respect of a Corporate Reporting Review (CRR) investigation into the accounts or another report of an entity. This page links to the press notices issued by the Supervision Committee (and previously by the Conduct Committee and the Financial Reporting Review Panel) in respect of investigations into reports and accounts of specific entities.
Additionally, the FRC now publishes the names of those companies whose reports and accounts have been reviewed by the CRR, once the company has issued its next set, together with summaries of its findings of recently closed substantive reviews. This page links to the company names and summaries.
