Marie is a Partner at PwC US, and leads PwC’s global corporate reporting network for financial instruments and financial services. Prior to leading the Global IFRS team, she worked in PwC's US National Office where she collaborated with client engagement teams to provide technical expertise on accounting and financial reporting issues under both US GAAP and IFRS, with a particular focus on financial services related topics.
| Netta is a Partner in PwC’s global corporate reporting team dividing her attention between PwC’s global network as the deputy leader for our corporate accounting team and PwC Finland. In her close to 30 years with PwC, her roles have included driving high quality reporting, whether financial or sustainability, to meet expectations while creating value, as well as leading capital markets and deals related client projects ranging from smaller GAAP conversions to large cross-border transactions. Netta is an expert in IFRS and has expertise in internal controls, governance, going public, and mergers and acquisitions.
