ASBJとFASBの代表者は、2019年2月7日と8日に、東京で定期会合を開催しました。本会合は年に2回定期的に行っているもので、今回で25回目となります。
今回の会合では、お互いの活動の最新の状況を確認するとともに、両基準設定主体が関心を有している項目である「企業結合及びのれんの会計処理」、「財務業績の報告及び開示」、「リースの会計処理」並びに「負債と資本の区分」等について議論を行いました。
なお、次回は2019年の後半にノーウォークで開催予定です。
