金融庁は、2021年8月27日、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則に規定する金融庁長官が定める企業会計の基準を指定する件」の一部改正（案）を公表を公表しました。
これは、IASBが2021年6月30日までに公表した次の国際会計基準を、連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則第93条に規定する指定国際会計基準とするものです。
  • IAS第12号「法人所得税」（2021年5月7日公表）
本改正（案）の意見募集は2021年9月27日までであり、適用は公布の日からとなります。
