金融庁は、2023年8月31日、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則に規定する金融庁長官が定める企業会計の基準を指定する件」の改正を公表しました。
本改正では、IASBが2023年6月30日までに公表した国際会計基準を、連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則第93条に規定する指定国際会計基準とするとしています。これには、以下の基準が含まれます。
  • IAS第7号「キャッシュ・フロー計算書」およびIFRS第7号「金融商品：開示」の改訂‐ サプライヤー・ファイナンス契約（2023年5月25日公表）
本改正は、2023年8月31日付で官報に掲載され、同日から指定国際会計基準に追加されます。
