金融庁は、2024年3月29日、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則に規定する金融庁長官が定める企業会計の基準を指定する件」等の改正を公表しました。
本改正では、IASBが2023年12月31日までに公表した国際会計基準を、連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則第93条（改正後は同規則312条）に規定する指定国際会計基準とするとしています。これには、以下の基準が含まれます。
  • IAS第21号「為替レート変動の影響」の改訂（2023年8月15日公表）
本改正は、2024年3月29日付で官報に掲載され、2024年4月1日から施行されます。
