金融庁は2014年2月14日、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則に規定する金融庁長官が定める企業会計の基準を指定する件」の一部改正（案）を公表しました。　
これは、IASBが公表した以下のIFRS基準を、指定国際会計基準（連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則第93条に規定）とするものです。
・IFRS第9号「金融商品」（平成25年11月19日公表）
・IAS第19号「従業員給付」（平成25年11月21日公表）
・年次改善2010－2012年サイクル（平成25年12月12日公表）
・年次改善2011－2013年サイクル（平成25年12月12日公表）
本案は公布の日から適用され、意見募集は2014年3月17日までとなります。
