株式会社東京証券取引所は、2016年7月20日、2016年3月決算会社までの「会計基準の選択に関する基本的な考え方」の開示内容についての分析を公表しました。
＜サマリー＞
  • IFRS適用済会社、IFRS適用決定会社、IFRS適用予定会社の合計は141社（前回公表比＋13社）。内訳はIFRS適用済会社が85社（前回公表比＋11社）、IFRS適用決定会社が30社（前回公表比－2社）、IFRS適用予定会社が26社（前回公表比＋4社）。
  • 2016年6月末時点における141社の時価総額の合計は139兆円であり、東証上場会社の時価総額（481兆円）に占める割合は29%（前回公表比＋2%）。
  • IFRS適用に関する検討を実施している会社は233社（前回公表比＋20社）。
