国際会計基準審議会（IASB）は、中小企業向け国際財務報告基準（SME向けIFRS）の修正を提案する公開草案を公表しました。本公開草案は57項目の修正案を挙げていますが、提案されている修正案のほとんどは、SME向けIFRSに含まれる現行の要求事項の修正ではなく、現行の要求事項の明確化または適用ガイダンスの追加となっています。 本修正案は、最終基準公表の1年後から適用される予定ですが、早期適用も認められます。コメント期限は2014年3月3日です。
