国際会計基準審議会（IASB）は、国際会計基準（IAS）第39号を置き換えるプロジェクトの第3フェーズとして、国際財務報告基準（IFRS）第9号「金融商品：ヘッジ会計及びIFRS第9号、IFRS第7号、IAS第39号の修正」を公表しました。新しい要求事項は、ヘッジ会計をよりリスク管理に近づけるものであり、したがって、財務諸表利用者にとってより「意思決定に有用な」情報を提供することになるはずです。さらに、改訂された基準は、ヘッジ会計へのより原則主義的なアプローチを確立し、IAS第39号に含まれる現行モデルの不整合および弱点に対処しています。
