この米国のガイダンスは、2011年12月15日より後に開始する中間期間および事業年度に発効します。US GAAPを適用している非公開企業に対しては、この最終基準は2011年12月15日より後に開始する事業年度に発効します。IASBの基準は、2013年1月1日以後最初に開始する事業年度に発効します。適用初年度より後は、測定原則と特定の開示事項は中間期間および事業年度に適用します。
