CSRDの範囲に含まれる中小事業体は、2028年1月1日より前に開始する事業年度まで初度適用を遅らせることができます。この場合、事業体は、マネジメントレポートにおいて、サステナビリティ報告を提出しなかった理由を記載した簡潔な説明を提供しなければなりません。
