On January 19, SEC Division of Investment Management staff posted an FAQ related to tailored shareholder reports. The FAQ addresses questions related to adoption of the rule and form amendments requiring mutual funds and exchange-traded funds to transmit concise and visually engaging annual and semi-annual reports to shareholders.
