Host Heather Horn welcomed Esther An, Chief Sustainability Officer of Singapore-based real estate firm City Developments Limited, to discuss how companies can manage multiple disclosure frameworks while utilizing sustainability reporting as a catalyst for business innovation, investment, and impact.
CSRD spotlight: Updates and essentials for preparers

To launch our newest podcast miniseries, host Heather Horn is joined by Emily Kirsch, director in PwC’s sustainability practice, and Soné Beyers, director in PwC’s National Office, to discuss the basic requirements and applicability of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, or CSRD, the EU’s sweeping sustainability reporting directive that will directly impact US and other non-EU headquartered companies.
"CSRD will impact many companies worldwide, and even those without direct EU reporting obligations could still be impacted as entities in their value chain request information to comply." - Emily Kirsch, PwC Sustainability Director
And, for more on CSRD, you can now listen to an audio version of our publication that walks through different scoping and reporting approaches to meet the upcoming EU reporting requirements.

We updated our SEC volume to clarify and enhance content on the registration and reporting requirements applicable to foreign private issuers.
