206.01 Item 2.02(b) provides that a Form 8-K is not required to report the disclosure of material nonpublic information that is disclosed orally, telephonically, by webcast, broadcast or similar means if, among other things, that presentation is complementary to and initially occurs within 48 hours following a related written announcement or release that has been furnished on an Item 2.02 Form 8-K.
