203.01 A publicly-held company registered under the Exchange Act and emerging from bankruptcy proposes to issue, pursuant to the bankruptcy plan, a new class of common stock with a different par value from its other common stock. Since the prior class of common stock was cancelled as part of the bankruptcy proceedings, the company will be permitted to amend its current Form 10 Exchange Act registration statement to effect registration of the new class of common stock.
